The Project
Philosophy, territory and commitment
A philosophy of life
Olive Soul is not a conventional development. It is a low-density housing ecosystem —estates of more than one hectare— that celebrates the Bajo Maestrazgo territory, its centuries-old olive trees and its vernacular architecture.

For me, OliveSoul is not a project: it is a shedding of skin. It is the decision to inhabit the slow time marked by centuries-old and millennial olive trees beside the Mediterranean.
Living in an olive grove means leaving noise behind and entering a more essential life. Here, every tree holds memory and brings you into order within.
I feel a deeply healing energy — one that roots you and elevates you. OliveSoul proposes a habitat with architecture integrated into the land, inspired by it.
The trees are not merely companions: they are a source of inspiration for life and artistic creation. And a shared happiness appears effortlessly, like light through their branches.

Between the Mediterranean and the Mountains
Olive Soul is located in the north of the Valencian Community, in the territory of the Bajo Maestrazgo, a few minutes from the sea and surrounded by gentle olive-grove hills that merge into the mountains of the Alto Maestrazgo. It is an enclave recognised by UNESCO and the FAO as the largest concentration of monumental millenary olive trees in the world. A territory that many describe as the other Tuscany or the Valencian Provence.

CSR Commitment
Each Olive Soul owner becomes a steward of the olive trees on their estate. A real commitment to natural heritage conservation, formalised in the property deed.
