Living Here
Architecture, typologies and sustainability
Architecture that interprets the landscape
The architecture, signed by Jaime Sanahuja and Sanahuja & Partners, is born from an integrated Mediterranean vision, rooted in respect for the territory, the use of dry stone and noble materials, and the creation of open spaces that foster dialogue with nature.
Conceived as flexible, sustainable and energy-self-sufficient habitats, the homes are developed under criteria of high efficiency and personalisation, incorporating ecology and a positive economy as essential foundations.
Architecture does not invade the landscape: it interprets it. It takes shape as a serene watchtower within the olive grove, a place of contemplation, connection and harmony between people and the Mediterranean environment.

Living here is something else…
Wake up among thousand-year-old olive trees. Breakfast on the terrace, work in Mediterranean light, share time with people who make the same choices you do.

Low footprint
Each unit meets the highest standards of energy efficiency and indoor wellbeing, harmoniously integrated into the Bajo Maestrazgo landscape.
Photovoltaic Solar Energy
We produce and store our own energy. Combined with south-facing orientation and high-performance glazing, your home will always be comfortable.
Water Management
Rainwater harvesting, wells or grid connection, natural purification and efficient irrigation of centuries-old olive trees with minimal water consumption.
Local Dry Stone
Maestrazgo limestone walls with natural thermal mass. No industrial cements, maximum landscape integration crafted by local artisans.
Flexible Spaces
Plans fully adaptable to the client, whether for primary residence, second home or coliving. The same space, multiple ways of living.
Minimal Footprint
Less than 2% of the total estate is occupied. The remaining 98% stays as an ecosystem of olive trees and protected biodiversity.
Sanahuja Design
Internationally recognised practice. Every element, from the threshold to the roof, responds to criteria of functional beauty.
Four ways to inhabit the landscape
Each typology responds to a different way of living, all integrated into the territory with the same premise: maximum authenticity with minimal impact.
Maestrat
A contemporary reinterpretation of the Mediterranean mas. Clean lines, terraced spaces and wide glazing that dissolves the boundary between inside and outside. The most luminous typology of the project, oriented towards the olive grove and, on clear days, the sea horizon.

Mas de Pedra Seca
The construction most deeply rooted in the territory. The dry stone technique — recognised as UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage — underpins an architecture free of industrial cement, with natural thermal mass and maximum integration into the landscape. Every wall is living history of the Maestrazgo.

A unique territory in Europe
Olive Soul is located in the north of the Valencian Community, in the Bajo Maestrazgo territory, between Sant Mateu, Canet lo Roig and Traiguera. A land with more than 4,670 monumental millenary olive trees — unique in Europe. An enclave declared a UNESCO Heritage site that was once part of the Roman Via Augusta. Privacy without isolation. Nature without disconnection from the world.
