Through the contact and dossier request form on olivesoul.es, we may collect the following personal data:

• First and last name
• Email address
• Phone number (optional)
• Country of residence (optional)
• Type of interest expressed (housing, investment, etc.)
• Free message (optional)

Purpose of Processing

The personal data provided will be processed for the following purposes:

• Responding to your information request and sending you the Olive Soul investment dossier.
• Managing the commercial relationship with potential investors, residents and project partners.
• Sending you communications about the Olive Soul project, provided you have given your explicit consent.

Legal Basis for Processing

• Execution of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR): to respond to your request for information about the project.
• Data subject's consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR): for sending commercial communications about Olive Soul. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
• Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR): for internal management of relationships with potential clients and investors.

Retention Period

Data will be retained for as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the relationship and, in any case, for the time necessary to address any legal responsibilities arising from the processing. Once the relationship has ended, data will be blocked until the expiry of any legal actions that may arise.

Recipients and Processors

Data will not be transferred to third parties unless legally required. However, for service provision, RETORNO CUANTICO S.L. may use technology providers acting as data processors, with whom appropriate contracts have been signed and who offer sufficient GDPR compliance guarantees:

• Email server (IONOS / 1&1): for sending contact form notifications.
• CRM system (Odoo): for managing relationships with clients and investors (when active).

• Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
